Weekend News 5/28

Jaylen- I went to Nana’s house and I had a sleepover. I had a birthday party at Bounce U.  Amelia and William came to my house and then we opened presents. Then we went to play outside and then they “leaved”. I got a batman car for my birthday.

Lincoln – “Me and my mommy” went to our house. I played Legos with mommy. I had lunch with mommy. Toby and daddy went to a Red Sox baseball game and a Bruins hockey game.

Dylan – I went to gigi and papas house with Barrett. I went swimming in their pool and then I went back home. I took my shirt and flip flops off we opened the gate and I did a cannonball into the pool.

Asha – I went to New Jersey. I played with my family outside. I went to the gym with mommy and Savi. I played soccer outside.

Vivian – I went to my grandma’s house for a sleepover. I went to her house and went in her pool.

Thea – I went to a park with my grandma and grandpa. I played with them. They have been sleeping at my house. I played with my cousins.

Zev – I made a T-Rex out of legos. I went to Chicago and I had some banana bread. I went to Ellie’s house in Chicago.

Gracie - I went with my nannie to a place that has a snack bar with a big bell and a big climbing place. We saw big eggs. It had a net with three spots of holes and then we came out. I got caught.

Jessica – I went in the pool with AJ. I helped daddy clean his car. I played in the pool and it has a slide. I had a good time because AJ played with me a lot. We played super heroes. I enjoyed playing with my family all day long. We put a web up. We put a Ninja Warrior line up so I could go up. It was hard so we made it a zip line. We played until lunchtime, mommy and daddy cooked hot dogs for us. Then we played inside until bedtime. We watched “The Boss Baby”.

Natey – I went to a museum with dinosaurs with mommy and daddy. I saw a spinosaurus. I saw an eagle also. I ate chips. Then we went home.

Millie – I played with my cats. They slept for a little bit. They are so cute. I played with Ethan.  I love to play with my kitties.

Up and down the hill

 On Tuesday in Spanish class Sparrows played a game in which they had to recognize and name basic shapes in Spanish. Then they continued to sketch the germination process of their plants.

 On Wednesday Friends celebrated Jaylen's 5th Birthday with pizza and cupcakes!

 Thursday was all about B day. Sparrows ate bananas for snack. Listened to the book "It's not easy being a bunny"by Marilyn Sadler. In the story friends heard a lot of words that started with the letter B.
Then Sparrows decorated a letter B using colorful buttons.

 On Friday we went to the Art Center (Alverthorpe Park) . Friends walked all the way to the park holding hands with a partner.

 Once we arrived to the park Friends started to run tirelessly up and down the hill. They played chasing and racing games and they explored all around. In the little wooden house some Friends pretended to be the "big bad wolf ". We ate pretzels and danced on the stage.
Fun did not end coming back to school because Sparrows were invited to the 4th grade fair.
At the fair Friends enjoyed a variety of games. Fishing game, balloons, soccer, bowling and many more! Some Sparrows had their face painted and they all got to chose a prize!.
We all thank our 4th grade friends for sharing these fun activities with us.
