Shapes and Frames

Today we had Meeting for Worship in our classroom with our fourth grade Friends. After that

Sparrows and their buddies made a collage using different geometric shapes of construction paper. 

In Art class Friends made another kind of collage. They decorated a picture frame with a technique called mosaicism.

Spring time is almost here and to celebrate it Sparrows are making beautiful sun catcher butterflies to stick on our classroom windows.

Sparrows and their 4th grade friends love do activities together.

4TH Grade Colonial Trade Fair

 Pictures of the Sparrows visiting the 4th grade Colonial Trade Fair. The children had the opportunity to do some printing, taste corn bread, hammer "silver", use tools that were used in Colonial times, etc. They enjoyed all the hands on experiences.
